The 2026 British Columbia Premier League men’s season wrapped up earlier this month, with the championship race going down to the final weeks before Langley United secured a historic second consecutive league title.

As clubs battled through the closing stages of the campaign, several players continued to raise their level when it mattered most. This month’s Three Stars recognize three standout performers whose contributions helped define the season’s final chapter.

Whether helping secure a championship, continuing an outstanding goalscoring campaign or carrying his club’s attack, Brody Thomas, Chris Album and Felipe Morales Moya each made a lasting impact during June.

Brody Thomas – Langley United

Brody Thomas continued to lead by example as Langley United completed another championship-winning campaign.

The 25-year-old defender helped Langley become the first men’s club in BCPL history to win back-to-back league titles, finishing three points clear at the top of the standings. Thomas remained influential at both ends of the pitch, ending the season with nine goals in just 10 appearances despite playing in defence.

After also being recognized as one of May’s Three Stars, Thomas capped another excellent month by helping Langley secure the championship in one of the league’s closest title races.

His consistency, leadership and ability to contribute offensively made him one of the defining players of the 2026 season.

Chris Album – Vancouver Whitecaps FC Academy

Chris Album finished the season exactly as he had played it: scoring goals.

The 23-year-old forward added five goals during June, including a hat trick in his final appearance of the season, bringing his league total to 13 goals in just 10 matches. Remarkably, Album found the scoresheet in every BCPL match he played this year.

Already recognized as one of May’s Three Stars, Album continued to produce at an elite level while helping Whitecaps FC Academy secure a third-place finish.

His clinical finishing and remarkable consistency established him as one of the league’s most dangerous attacking players throughout the campaign.

Felipe Morales Moya – Nanaimo United

Felipe Morales Moya closed the season in impressive fashion for Nanaimo United.

The 24-year-old midfielder scored twice in Nanaimo’s final match of the campaign, leading his side to a 3-2 victory over Altitude FC. It was a fitting end to a season in which Morales Moya scored eight goals in 943 minutes, accounting for more than one-third of Nanaimo’s total league goals.

Time and again, he provided the attacking spark his side relied upon, combining creativity with a consistent eye for goal from midfield.

His performances throughout June helped earn him recognition among the league’s standout players.

As another memorable BCPL season came to a close, Thomas, Album and Morales Moya each delivered when their clubs needed them most. Their performances throughout the final month earned them recognition as June’s BCPL Men’s Three Stars.
